This plan is designed to promote better health, spirituality and lifestyle change through exercise and wiser food/nutrition choices to assist in healthy weight loss, managing diabetes, lowering blood pressure and reducing “bad” cholesterol levels; thus, reducing the risk of stroke, heart and all other related diseases. For a true,
results oriented, weight loss plan, for the next 30 days, we encourage you to greatly reduce or eliminate all animal products from your diet, limit the use of vegetable oils, and begin to consume plant and high fiber foods. Vegetables, fruits, organic whole grains, and beans will yield optimal results. So, in essence, that means consuming “Foods that are good for the Soul!"

The Workout Plan:

Because we’re all different there, is no “one size fits all” workout plan. So, we’ve developed three (3) different workout plans for you to choose from based on your current circumstance and physical capacity. Each of the workout plans provide a certain level of challenge. Take inventory and make an honest assessment when choosing which workout you’re best suited for at this beginning point.

• Comeback Workout Plan
• Beginner Workout Plan

Each of the plans is designed to help you lose weight along with the nutrition plan. At any point, if the routine no longer provides a challenge, you can always “graduate” to the next level. Also, once you’ve reach the maximum capacity of the Beginner Workout Plan you can upgrade to the Advanced Workout Plan(s).
